Do you have a field-relevant academic degree? Have you also gained valuable experience in international business expansion in Eastern Europe? More specifically, in the field of Sanitary Systems? Do you have the ability to build networks, identify growth potential, communicate with specialist partners as equals, and thus develop your region and generate growth? Are you fluent in Polish, English, and perhaps even Russian? But above all: Do you want to get involved and take an already successful region to the next level? If so, then we should talk.

To further drive our international growth in the Sanitary Systems sector in Eastern Europe and to expand our market position, we are looking for an experienced leader like you as Regional Director Eastern Europe for our location in Poland as soon as possible.

After a thorough onboarding, you will quickly take full responsibility for the Polish and Eastern European markets. Together with your team, you will operate from our branch office in Poland. You will build networks with specialist partners such as architects, specialist planners, craftsmen, and wholesalers. In coordination with the headquarters in Germany, you will develop growth strategies, implement them, and thus ensure that corporate goals are achieved. Crucial to your success is your entrepreneurial sense for growth potential in the sanitary industry combined with your commitment to sales. In your position, you will report to the management in Germany, and your place of work will be in the Wroclaw region.
